With an order amount (excl. VAT) lower than € 500.00, € 20.00 small order costs will be charged.
An additional €30.00 will be charged for DHL freight charges.
An additional €30.00 will be charged for a shipment under refrigerated conditions.
An additional €50.00 will be charged for a shipment on dry ice.
Inside EU
With an order amount (excl. VAT) lower than € 500.00, € 40.00 small order costs will be charged.
Transport costs will be charged for all orders and depend on the current rates.

Shipment
INstruchemie will only ship to a registered business/institute address. All orders will be shipped by DHL – international.
DHL is used in order to provide our quickest and most economical mode of transportation.
On request we will provide you with airway bill numbers for tracking on the internet.
After packing & shipping the delivery time will be 1 or 2 days.
We ship & deliver products to countries in Europe, North-America, South-America, Middle East, Asia, Africa.
Special boxes or containers with the required products will be shipped by car, truck, boat and air-craft.
The shipping boxes will be labelled according the latest requirements.
INstruchemie logistic department can ship products with dry ice.
Since 1979 INstruchemie has experience and contacts with many couriers, forwarders and transport organizations.
Payment terms
(International) payments terms are 14 days after invoice date. Orders may require pre-payments through Proforma invoice.
Payments by bank wire transfer only. Bank details are printed on the invoice or will be provided on request.
Return Policy
INstruchemie guarantees that all products perform according to the parameters found in their respective package inserts, until the expiration date.
Any product found not to perform up to these standards will be replaced without charges.
INstruchemie is not responsible for products that are held past the expiration date or if not stored properly.
